Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background as ServiceNow Developer to join their rapidly growing team in a cutting-edge hybrid work environment.

Mission​

​

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst Developer, your main responsibilities will be analyzing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the IT and business requirements. From time to time, you will join the developers' team to develop and implement new requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather and document functional and technical requirements. You will also work closely with the ServiceNow development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with best practices and ensure our platform remains fully maintainable and upgradable.

​Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst Developer, you’ll be a liaison between the business and the platform team.

​

  • Gather and document business requirements by conducting discovery meetings and workshops, and analysis of existing processes;

  • Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and system integrations;

  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas where ServiceNow can add value and recommend appropriate solutions;

  • Assist and join the development team to develop and implement new requirements;

  • Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards;

  • Support end-users pre- and post-implementation of new solutions providing guidance and knowledge to help resolve any gaps and ensure a smooth implementation;

  • Support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL framework to ensure outcomes deliver the ask while complying with the ServiceNow platform standards and best practices;

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to ensure we continuously improve our solutions and offerings.

Skills / Requirements

​

  • Has strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow and the technology, capabilities, and tools that sit behind the platform;

  • Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of ServiceNow (implementation) projects;

  • Is self-driven to keep up his knowledge on the platform;

  • Is gifted with a critical thinking and problem-solving attitude, uses logical and analytical thinking to come up with creative and innovative solutions;

  • Is familiar with agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM);

  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to form strong relationships with a strong customer focus at the heart of everything you do;

  • Is fluent in English and likes working in an international environment.
