Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to join their rapidly growing team in a cutting-edge hybrid work environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Cluj - Napoca

Mission​
​
As the ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will have the opportunity to build, run, and evolve the platform as its introduced, and roll out this new capability. You will provide technical subject matter expertise as you build and lead the platform team to help transform the services our customer provides by automating manual processes through the development of digital workflows.

​Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Platform Owner you’ll be a senior leader who is ultimately accountable for the Now Platform.

Supports creating the overall roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption;

Ensures platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies;

Has ownership and oversight of the ServiceNow instances, the core platform team, and any escalations;

Maximizes value by identifying additional business outcomes the platform allows;

Presides over the technical governance board and is involved in all governance components;

Presides over design configuration decisions to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with the platform design strategy.

Skills / Requirements
​

Significant knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow and the technology, capabilities and tools that sit behind the platform;

Is familiar with the current and next release to derive consequences for the roadmap;

Has a high-level view of the ServiceNow Platform, the different solution elements and how ServiceNow interacts with the surrounding IT landscape;

Knows the concept and value proposition behind ServiceNow (e.g. Employee Experience, Out of the Box standards, Low/No Code approach);

Has soft skills to manage multiple stakeholders like enterprise architecture, management, internal/external vendors, and business representatives;

Self-driven to keep up his knowledge on the platform;

Is gifted with a critical thinking and problem-solving attitude, uses logical and analytical thinking to come up with creative and innovative solutions;

Is familiar with agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM);

Is fluent in English and likes working in an international environment.
