At Akindra Talents (based in the heart of Transylvania - Romania) we focus on connecting talents to our customers all over Europe; we build and manage remote (operational) support- and development teams; and we support our (freelance) collaborators during their journey.

The Brainbridge Group (Belgium) has specialized in the secondment of IT, technical and nursing staff since its establishment in 1998. In addition, Brainbridge offers solutions for the management of external staff in the form of contract management, brokering and managed services. From its head office in Antwerp, it serves clients in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In recent years, Brainbridge has experienced strong growth through diversification and market development.

​Mission

As a Client Service Manager, you are responsible to continuously follow-up on the pipeline of candidates for diverse MSP (Managed Service Provider) programmes. In addition, you support the Program Managers in the administration of the recruitment processes using VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass or Connecting Expertise. Your main tasks are initially situated on an administrative and organisational level with the growth opportunity to become a full MSP Program Manager for one of the accounts. To do so, you maintain contact with Suppliers of external workers and other partners, build our network of suppliers as a market expert and provide insights to our end customers. You assure on- and off-boarding compliance for new starters and support possible internalisation or early mission terminations.

This (hybrid) role is based in Cluj-Napoca where you will be a part of our international team.
 

​Responsibilities

  • Through various sourcing channels you will help the recruiters look for suitable profiles;

  • You take care of CV pre-screening and video screening of potential matches;

  • You schedule in-depth interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and follow-up on the provided feedback;

  • Execution of all administrative formalities linked to the in- and outflow of external workers;

  • Register candidate pre-screenings via VMS tool;

  • Preparation of vacancies and job descriptions according to company and market standards in ENG.

  • You have a first experience in recruitment and selection;

  • You are a dynamic and reactive administrator;

  • You are a customer and service-oriented professional;

  • Your vision and personality support the entrepreneurial and commercial character of our organization;

  • You have a large dose of ownership, and you appreciate a flexible way of working within a team;

  • You perform your tasks autonomously and meticulously;

  • Strong coordination & organisational skills;

  • Excellent communication skills: written and oral;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Multiple language skills are required (English = mandatory, French / Italian / German = nice to have)
