Vendor Risk Management Process Analyst (GRC experience)

Description

Our client (a Multinational Pharmaceutical) is looking for a Vendor Risk Management Process Analyst (IT Security, Risk Management, Data Privacy & Compliance), experienced in GRC.

Mission

By discussing the security with other business departments, the team discovered that the business departments all have similar vendor-risk processes at the same time but not security-related. The goal of the business analyst is to harmonize all those processes and provide one IT solution.

Main activities

Analyze all those business processes by interviewing all business stakeholders;
Stakeholders: the research department (early solutions), Development and Solution department (biggest stakeholder), manufacturing, quality assurance, etc.;
Harmonize the processes and propose a new process to the stakeholders (have a discussion with them);
Once the new harmonized process is validated, find an IT solution - write requirements for RFP/translating the new harmonized process in requirements for an IT solution;
Evaluation of the answers for the RFP.

Skills / Requirements

Hard skills – No specific tools/Experience in process re-engineering in analyzing processes and proposing a new one;
Soft skills: stakeholder management;
Language: EN (mandatory); FR (nice to have);
+8 years experience (senior);
Analytical skills;
Being able to handle complexities;
Experience in process re-engineering in analyzing processes and proposing a new one (third-party risk management) (nice to have).

Focus for the recruitment is Security
Start: January 9th. 2023
Duration : 6 months contract with extension possibility
Work regime: full time
Location: Remote + occasionally travel
