Project Manager - Digital Workplace

Description

As a Project Manager you'll work on the coordination of different projects within the Digital Workplace team. Managing the project to stay within the define timelines, budget, and quality.

You will need to ensure the correct coordination of the activities as well as following the client's

IT project management best practices.

Skills / Requirements

​

• Capable to work with a Project Management tool (MS Project or other)

• Ensure Knowledge Management is happening, and strong communication is in place between all different stakeholders

• Making sure the project stays within allocated budget

• Defining timeline for actions

• Play a facilitator role between the business and the technical experts

• Manage projects in agile methodology

• Being well organized and structured mindset

• Being able to connect people together

• Capable to write documentations is a mandatory skill

• Ability to work with offshore team

• Embrace the following value: caring, committed, enterprising, respectful and a positive team spirit

• Passionate to learn new technologies

• Team-player attitude but you can work independently if necessary

• Excellent language skills to effectively communicate in English (speaking and writing) 

 

Extra information

​

• Digital workplace (hybrid model) is the biggest project the team is working on
  (implementation O365 technologies but also intranet, UC, telephony too).

• The client is looking for a facilitator between all parties, able to discuss with stakeholders
  and stay within the scope of the project.

• Start with 2 projects but will get more projects also within a international context.
